I wonder if there was a workshop, would be there maps that arleady exist in scmapdb. I wouldnt mind having a workshop support IF it was moderated strictly and wouldnt be filled with these box maps or offtopic screenshots (sorry, you can just go to gamebanana) Sven co-op arleady has some quiet and talanted community (e.g Garompa\Outerbeast with their ripent\porting mods and w00tguy litteraly making legend of zelda or rust in sven coop) and i kiiinda want to sven stay quiet
There are arleady tons of sites where you can just download > unzip and then just drag, it takes more time yes but, at least gamebanana / arleady have some moderation which workshop requires even more due to some newbie mappers posting their test map just cause ,why not? If gmod didnt deleted their 100 monsters box map why wouldnt sven then? Also, if you are feeling up to it, you could purchase the Half-Life 1 Anthology for 15.00 on steam and I believe Sven Coop supports Opposing Force and Blue shift as well. (i remember i played half-life 1 and i saw cs 1.6 servers) If you have the original Half-Life or can spend 10.00 to buy it, the Sven Coop mod is almost absolutely your best way to enjoy co-op play with the original Half-Life. The game modes thing were a bug, its probably loaded actual team fortress classic \ cs 1.6 servers and wouldnt work in sven co-op cause they are different games, of course
